Australasian Specialty Coffee Association
AASCA is a not-for-profit association for the whole of the coffee industry in Australia, open to anyone who is interested in specialty coffee.

Representing the Australian coffee industry – assisting and improving the standard, promotion and image of coffee by providing a platform for networking and furthering education.

FLO is the organization that coordinates Fairtrade labelling at an international level.

The Fair Trade Association Australia & New Zealand
The Fair Trade Association of Australia and New Zealand (FTAANZ) & Fairtrade Labelling Australia and New Zealand (FLANZ) have been working together since 2005 to promote and build the fair trade movement, support producers in the Asia-Pacific and develop the Fairtrade market in Australia and New Zealand.

European Coffee Federation (ECF)
The European Coffee Federation (ECF) is the umbrella organisation representing the European soluble coffee manufacturing industry (AFCASOLE), the green coffee trade (CECA) and the coffee roasting industry (EUCA).
