This means you can now have all the convenience of using coffee pods whilst having the option of choosing chemical-free, decaf coffee.
Technological advances in decaffeination processes such as SWISS WATER® Process mean that the taste and quality of decaffeinated coffee is now practically indistinguishable from regular caffeinated coffee.
Chemical-free decaf
Not all decaffeinated coffee is created equal. Whilst decaf drinkers do not wish to be affected by caffeine, nor do they want to drink coffee which has been treated with chemicals to remove the caffeine. The SWISS WATER® Process trademark guarantees that no chemicals are used during the decaffeination process to strip the coffee of its inherent characteristics of flavor and aroma.
The decaffeination process
The SWISS WATER® Process involves a series of soaking and filtering stages to extract 99.9% of caffeine from green coffee beans.

Organic Certification
The Organic Crop Improvement Association is the world's largest organic certification agency.
Fair Trade Certification
We offer a variety of Fair Trade Certified™ decaffeinated coffees. Fair Trade principles are to provide producers with a fair price, fair labor conditions, direct trade, democratic and transparent organizations, community development and environmental sustainability.
Rainforest Alliance Certification
The Rainforest Alliance guides and rewards continual improvements on farms, linking sustainable farm management with coffee quality - connecting responsible producers and traders with innovative companies and better markets. The seal ensures that forests, rivers, soils and wildlife are conserved and that workers and their families are respected, paid decent wages, and have access to education and medical care.
Kosher Certification
SWISS WATER® Process meets the strictest standards of kosher law – Kashrus. We are certified Kosher by the Orthodox Rabbinical Council of British Columbia.
Halal Certification
SWISS WATER® Process has been granted has been grantedhashasHalal Certification from the Halal Monitoring Authority, a department of the Canadian Council of Muslim Theologians, which identifies Islamically suitable foods.
UTZ Certification
UTZ requires coffee growers to train employees on health and safety issues and correct use of pesticides as well as encouraging farmers to use sustainable energy sources. In return UTZ helps farmers to get the resources they need.
